About the role and team
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Lead to join our team at G4S, working on the with our high profile Tech client. Strong people management is key as you will be responsible for managing all aspects of security operations at multiple sites across Australia and New Zealand. This is a high-profile, fast-paced role that requires a proactive and self-motivated leader. You will report directly to the G4S Service Solutions Manager and will work closely with our clients senior site leaders and managers.
Your duties will include:
- Managing a team of security officers across multiple ANZ sites
- Overseeing security systems and ensuring their proper functioning
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing security measures
- Developing and implementing security policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Valid NSW Security Licence, as a minimum class 1A
- AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 Defence Clearance (NV1)
- Experience working with the Lenel Security System and Enterprise systems
- Experience providing evidence and attending audit meetings on physical security activities (ISO, PCI)
- Demonstrated staff management and positive interpersonal skills
