ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM
G4S is seeking a highly motivated and strategically focused Contract Lead to oversee a high-profile client relationship and manage multisite security operations across Perth and the Pilbara. This role reports to Trevor, the Stream Lead for Security for G4S Australia & New Zealand, and involves leading a team of over eighty security operations staff in a complex environment. The position is primarily based at the client's Head Office in Perth with regular travel to sites in the Karratha area. With full P&L responsibility, the Contract Lead will drive the commercial performance of the contract and collaborate closely with central services teams including HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, L&D, IT, Financial, and Commercial.

This role centers on the Contract Lead's ability to deliver the service contract's success, encompassing business expansion, secure operations, and financial growth. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in achieving operational and financial objectives, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring team safety, and propelling sales growth. They will implement a robust governance framework, cultivate a motivated and skilled team, drive operational excellence and innovation, and foster enduring relationships with clients and G4S. Importantly, they will seek out and capitalise on opportunities for growth and value.
KEY OBJECTIVES
- Create and manage an effective safety system that keeps our teams safe.
- Ensure G4S is a trusted partner to our customers - deliver obligations, manage change and scope, build strong and constructive relationships.
- Year on year Growth in revenue and margin %
- Deliver budget for the contract - Revenue, margin %, EBITDA, cash
- Build a constructive relationship with the G4S teams.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
