This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Security Operations Managers and Security Supervisors to join our team at G4S, working with our high profile clients across tech, data, finance and pharmaceuticals. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of security operations and team management on site. These are fast-paced roles that require proactive and self-motivated leaders. You will report directly to the G4S Security Operations Managers and will work closely with the client's leaders.
What we're looking for
- Valid NSW Security Licence, as a minimum class 1A
- Experience within a security management or supervisory role
- Experience managing a team of security officers
- Ability to develop comprehensive security plans outlining strategies, procedures, and resources to mitigate identified risks
- Proven strengths in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
