About the role and team
Our client is a renowned global hi-tech company, with a strong presence throughout Australia. This Security Concierge position, responsible for access control of the facility, is located at their Corporate Office at Macquarie Park. You'll work in a team during the day, and alone during nights and weekends. We are keen to hear from those that have security experience, a Negative Vetting 1 Clearance (NV1) and those with strong computer, customer service, and communication skills.
In this role, you will:
- Maintain access control.
- Respond to alarms as per standard operating procedures.
- Monitor CCTV systems, including monitoring other sites remotely.
- Provide access via correct approvals from the Access Management System.
- Maintain protection of client assets, including doing roving foot patrols.
- Providing customer service to site employees and visitors.
What we're looking for
- You must have Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Clearance or higher.
- You will need to have a Current NSW Class 1 Security Licence.
- Current First Aid & CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain this before commencing.
- Experience working with security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
